Beyond Housing is a local organization focused on educational classes for first time homebuyers. They also have programs in place to assist with the down payment or closing costs for your new home.

You can get a detailed list of program offerings and income requirements to qualify for down payment assistance at www.beyondhousing.org. However, the educational programs are a huge benefit to everyone, even if you are an experienced homeowner.
